The Boeing Space & Launch team is seeking an Experienced Space Systems Digital Engineer Architect (Level 3) for development projects in El Segundo or Seal Beach, CA.
You will participate in all phases of the system development life cycle, including concept of operations (ConOps) development, requirements development, analysis and decomposition, software and hardware system design, algorithm design, risk management, integration, test and operations.
The successful candidate will develop and utilize Digital Twins and create MBSE architectures for advanced space systems.

Support system and sub-system level Digital Twin development and implementationCreate MBSE architectures and modelsSupport ConOps development, requirements definition, multi-segment interface definition, architecture integration, functional analysis, and system design activitiesSupport system level trade studies and briefingsSupport system level integration and test planning and execution, including functional validation as well as formal requirements sell-offThis position requires an active U.

Security Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) that has been successfully completed within the last 5 years.

Basic (Required)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistrySystems engineering experience involving system requirements, functional decomposition and allocation, integrated design, analysis, and verificationExperience in customer requirements development, system requirements, and CONOPs development.
Experience with system architecture and model development in an MBSE tool using SysML.

Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering approaches, methods, and techniquesExperience with Cameo Systems ModelerFamiliarity with SQL/Access, MATLAB, C++, C#, JavaTypical Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's and 5 or more years' experience, Master's with 3 or more years' experience or PhD with experience.
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
